FITNESS CLASSES (BEGINS 1/31/12) All Fitness Classes listed below require Punch Cards or Drop In Cash payments and can be used for ANY Fitness Class (excluding PINK Stiletto Fitness):
Zumba: Saturdays 10:00am Flaunt!: Tuesdays 8:30pm & Saturdays 9:00am

Do you ZUMBA? For those that don’t know, ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and
International Music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective
workout. You sweat, you dance, you party (except no martinis here). If
you are bored with your workout, feeling stagnant in your routine, or just
want to try something new, then ZUMBA is a great choice. Besides, your
boyfriends (or husbands) can’t keep up with your moves anyways! Try our
Zumba class, and you will be HOOKED!!!
What to Bring?
A positive attitude, a friend, water, towel, good aerobic shoes (NO RUNNING
SHOES please-running shoes are meant to go forward only. We do some
lateral moves and running shoes are unsafe for your ankles, knees and
hips), cross-trainers will work too. Once it gets chilly outside, bring
something dry to wear home...you will sweat.
Is there a Beginner's Class?
Each class is designed to help someone new to Zumba "get it". It may take
a couple of classes for you to let yourself go, but once you see how
welcoming everyone is and that it's all about having FUN, you'll be hooked!!
What Can I Expect?
Whether you consider yourself a 'Dancing Queen' Or if you think you have
two left feet, there is no doubt that your first Zumba class might seem
daunting. Rest assured, our Instructors will help you every step (literally) of
the way!!
The music is amazing and very upbeat, you won't be able to sit still! There
are approximately 15-16 songs per class. Each song is choreographed
based on the music style. For example: salsa, cha-cha, mambo, merengue,
hip hop, etc. It is NOT necessary to know these dance styles before you
take a class.
The most important thing to know is that there are no "wrong" moves. No
one is checking you out because they are busy having fun...that's what our
hope is: that you have FUN.
The routines change every so often to shake things up a little. Each class
starts off slowly with a nice warm-up then we're off and dancing for about 45
minutes. We usually end with some Strength training and end with a
relaxing 5 minute stretch.
You'll have the opportunity to meet new people and possibly see someone
you already know~either way it's worth the effort to get here!

Flaunt!® is a fitness program for all women - every shape and size, using a variety of movements for experienced to beginners.
Flaunt!® combines Pilates and exotic dance to create a fun, all over body workout that will leave you feeling Strong, Sexy and Self Confident!
Come for an amazing workout and have fun with other divas - just like a girls' night out!
Flaunt!® classes are choreographed to target all major muscle groups, using sexy music to motivate and inspire women to appreciate their bodies!
Our instructors will show you how you can redefine your sexy by being strong and appreciating your body for what it can do for you!
