Standing Ovation's Afterschool Enrichment Dance Program
INSTRUCTORS:
Are you a talented dancer or dance instructor in one or more of the
following genres?:
• Street
• Hip hop
• Ballet
• Tap
• Latin styles
• Ballroom
• Break dance
• Musical Theatre
• World dancing eg: bollywood, bhangra, Turkish, etc….
(If there is a particular style of dancing you would like to share with children
then please do not hesitate to contact us)
Would you like to inspire young people through your chosen dance genre?
Would you like a job that’s flexible and fits around your current work/study
schedule?
Would you like to boost your current income with just a few hours work?
If you answered yes to the above questions then standing ovation is for you!
We are looking for special and talented dance instructors to join our
dedicated team and deliver dance classes to children in schools
throughout northern Virginia. You will receive all the necessary and in depth
training you need to become an accredited Standing Ovation dance
instructor!
You must be willing to undergo a background check and hold no unspent
criminal convictions. Please note that you must have sufficient knowledge
and experience in your chosen genre. (We do not train instructors to dance
we provide you with the skills to teach!)
This is an extremely rewarding job! You will have fun, while gaining
experiences which will enrich you as a person and as a performer. You will
be a part of the growing Standing Ovation dance instructor’s network. This
will enable you to exchange ideas and experiences as well as pick up
teaching tips!
